Japanese Gyoza, done very well here indeed. With non elastic plasticky skin which is already a plus, & Crispy thin edges almost #羽根つき style. Fillings were adequate, not just wet Cabbage but has right meatiness

In Hong Kong, surprisingly it is super hard to get great 鍋貼 Pot Stickers, 煎餃子 or Japanese Gyozas. My fav HK double sided pan fried version is at #豐信餃子店 , ironically their soup dumplings are bad. For Japanese ones, here definitely is amongst the rare elites! 😊
